Libera Orange Keratsuda 2019 is a wine to remember produced in the Struma Valley from the traditional for this region of Bulgaria grape variety Keratsuda. An interesting experiment recreating tradition in a modern way. Its pale amber color introduces to the senses its extremely complex profile, characterized by boldly marked spiciness and minerality.
The expressive citrus notes of orange peel, grapefruit, overripe lemon and pomelo, complemented with mango, wild pear and peach are very well harmonized with floral notes of lilac and snowdrop. They are all wrapped in a veil of powerful nettle, leather and light notes of arugula. The high level of complexity of this wine is complemented by hints of red pepper puree, which are emphasized in the taste. It is also characterized by marked spiciness, notes of orange peel and medlar.
